INTERESTING INFORMATION


In mathematics and computer science, the binary numeral system, or base-2 numeral system, represents numeric values using two symbols: 0 and 1. More specifically, the usual base-2 system is a positional notation with a radix of 2. Numbers represented in this system are commonly called binary numbers. Because of its straightforward implementation in digital electronic circuitry using logic gates, the binary system is used internally by almost all modern computers and computer-based devices such as mobile phones.

    Ey soy Nachoo, do you know how does the binary system work? As you said its a two base digit a 1 and 0. Off and on, just like a light switch. I think that 1010001 its an A or a. And you will be asking why 1010001 doesn't mean a number, well according to the ASCCI (American Standard Code Information Interchange) they' ve agreed to know which is which. For numbers the binary system works like this... (from right to left) ...128 64 32 16 8 4 2 1. Putting 0 and 1 below this numbers and then adding them they give you a number written in binary code. 1010010 = 82. A tricky question how many digits has the decimal syatem? 9? No, its 10 as 0 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9. Is 10. One bit is a 1 or a 0 a byte is 8 of this two numbers and a megabyte 1024 bytes... How do people programme as programming in binary is imposible as every thing has its 8 digits, an A is different from an a. Well there are diferent type of programming languages such as Java, HTML (Hyper text markup language, the most easier in my opinion) etc.
